What you’ll do:
Responsible for owning and delivering complex modules and integrations using Force.com as a platform.
Lead a team of highly talented and passionate engineers and deliver product/ feature/ module in a global team environment with members working remotely in various time zones and locations
Identify and confirm technical design risks, and develop mitigating approaches, judge the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and make choices that fit the constraints of the project
Write/ review code every day in addition to pairing with team members on functional and nonfunctional requirements
Contributing to the constant improvement of practices and processes in the team
Ensure that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the development team and product manager
Research new technologies and tools and share your learning with the rest of the team.
Provide mentoring and guidance to the team members & deliver technical training's & tech-talks
What makes you a great fit for our team:
8+ years overall experience, with 4+ years minimum as a Salesforce working on enterprise Force.com applications
Advanced knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, Chatter API, Connect API, Tooling API , Metadata API, Rest API, SOAP API, Bulk API etc.
Extending functionality via Workflows, Apex code, Triggers, Apex Email Services, SOQL, Apex Web Service Callouts, Scheduled, Batch, Asynchronous, SOQL/SOSL
Have directly involved in managing the releases of various salesforce applications - with deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets.
Knowledge of or experience with at least one or more of PaaS environments - AWS, Google App Engine, Windows Azure Cloud Services or similar
Must already possess PD-I, PD-II and Platform App Builder certifications (or in progress or committed to undertake such Certification path in the coming year)
Strong technical foundation including knowledge of different programming paradigms OOP/ Functional Programming/ Procedural Programming
Exposure / willingness to learn NodeJS will be a big plus.
Understanding of best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, test driven development
You are a problem solver with exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail
Able to occasionally travel to the USA headquarters in Redwood Shores, CA
Able to lead by example and operate in an environment promoting diversity, inclusion and respect
